RSVP for the CPP Public Hearing!

Right now Oregon has an opportunity to protect a healthy climate future and deliver justice for communities by restoring our cornerstone Climate Protection Program (CPP). The CPP is a vital program that will cut fossil fuel emissins 90% by 2050, and invest upwards of $150 million annually in clean energy projects for frontline Oregon communities most impacted by climate change. This program was derailed by the oil and gas industry last year, who sued to overturn the program. Now the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) needs to hear from you! Attend the public hearing to restore climate justice without delay.

WHEN: Thursday, September 26th from 3:20-5:20 pm
WHERE: Lloyd 700 Building (700 NE Multnomah Street, Portland, OR 97232), 3rd floor conference room or via Zoom
