Oregon's largest, for-profit utilities have hiked our energy bills in recent years-- some by nearly 50% since 2019! These skyrocketing rates are harming families and they're unsustainable. That's why the Building Resilience Coalition is working on Energy Afforability and Resilience measures in the 2025 Oregon legislative session.
