Apply to Principles of Community Organizing

TRAINING

July 24-27, 2023

“WORC changed my life forever.” — Ricardo Perez, Hispanic Affairs Project

WORC's Principles of Community Organizing training covers the most important skills for organizers and leaders of grassroots community organizations. Applications are due by the end of the day on June 30th

Participants are responsible for their own travel, meals, and lodging expenses. A block of discounted rooms will be reserved near the training location. Out-of-town participants will receive more information on lodging upon acceptance of their application. We expect participants to attend the entire four-day training. The sessions build on one another and the training is strengthened with everyone's full participation. When considering applying, plan to travel on the preceding Sunday and arrive at the training space by 9am on the 24th.

Space is limited. WORC members and staff have priority placement. WORC will reserve space in the training for you after your application is approved and your tuition fee is paid. A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancellation.
