Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer | community ambassador for Sankofa Community Development Corporation.

We strive to create an experience that is fulfilling for individuals, and aids in protecting the environment that we all share within our community and beyond.

Sankofa CDC aims to provide the resources necessary for success. As an organization, we are able to provide:

Volunteer Space
Regional Plants and Trees
Equipment
Experienced Personnel to Guide Volunteer Efforts
Coolers
Limited Water Sources and Ice .

We encourage volunteers to bring items such as reusable water bottles, bug spray and similar items when coming to volunteer.

We also want to encourage volunteers to be flexible with time and event coordination as we need to ensure that our personnel are available to provide guidance for your volunteer experiences.
