Demand a Voice in a New LNG Port
When a decision was made to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility just south of the Philadelphia airport across the river in New Jersey, the Delaware River Basin Commission didn't hold any public meetings and didn't invite residents or experts to provide input of any kind.
A new LNG terminal could mean hundreds of additional tanker trucks driving through densely populated neighborhoods every day and millions of barrels of liquid natural gas shipped on the river every month.
It's not too late to demand the Delaware River Basin Commission put the project on hold while the public gets a chance to ask questions, raise their concerns, and – more importantly – get answers.
Add your name to demand the Commission hold a public comment period with at least two hearings on the proposed LNG terminal just miles from downtown Philly!
