Campus Club Intent Form

Thank you for your interest in establishing an ACLU of FL Campus Club! 

The first step to starting your ACLU of FL club is to register your intent to start a club on this form.  For this step, we just need your information and school. We will connect you with any other students who may have also filled out this intent form, as you will need 10 students in order to request club status with the ACLU of FL. Note: if multiple members are interested, each member should fill out this form. Once a total of 10 students are committed to starting a club, you will need to register your club with your school through our Club Registration form.
