Never Again Coalition
Postcard Brigade

Description

What if you could help put an end to genocide by just signing a postcard and mailing it? The Postcard Brigade is an easy and inexpensive way for you to raise attention about the human rights atrocities taking place in Sudan, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burma/Myanmar, and Bangladesh.

How Does it Work?

Throughout the year, Never Again Coalition will send you several pre-addressed and pre-stamped postcards with timely messages for leaders who can make a difference. All you have to do is sign your name and put them in the mail. You will also receive our newsletter which provides updates on our countries of focus and background on the postcards asks.

How much does it cost?

The Postcard Brigade is $75 annually, or $125 for a household membership (2 memberships in one address) and $36 for students. The subscription cost covers postage and printing. Any remaining funds go towards our work to assist people affected by ongoing human rights abuse in our countries of focus - Sudan, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Burma/Myanmar, and Bangladesh.

“If every member of the House of Representatives and Senate had received 100 letters from people back home saying we have to do something about Rwanda, when the crisis was first developing, then I think the response would have been different."

-Senator Paul Simon
