In 2025, join Black feminist activits, leaders, and rabble rousers in New Orleans, LA for the our 2nd Get Free: A Black Feminist Reunion!

This is the largest Black feminist gathering in the US! Join us from June 5th to 7th at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans for a weekend of energizing workshops, inspiring keynotes, and powerful discussions. We'll celebrate our rich history, strategize for the future, and build a vibrant Black feminist future together.

Get Free is more than a convening; it's an experience! Engage all your senses in our immersive space. Learn from dynamic leaders on the main stage, be transformed by the curated content - including our first art gallery and film festival- connect with local vendors, and find cozy corners for kinship, tears, and laughter.

New Orleans is the perfect backdrop for our transformation. This city is steeped in Black feminist history, from trailblazers like Marie Laveau to the powerful Phyllis Wheatley Club. We'll honor their legacy as we build a future outside of the confines of patriarchy.
