Lovie's Farm has the Right to Farm in Middletown, and the right to use their wetlands for agricultural purposes.
We demand the City of Middletown and the IWWA:

Revoke the Cease & Desist letter issued against Lovie's Farm. It is unfounded, and detrimental to the farm's operations and its service to the community;

Create a Wetlands process that supports the unique needs of farmers;

Review the IWWA's membership, and create a body that more accurately represents Middletown; and

Investigate the conduct of Jim Sipperly, Environmental Planner, and Joseph Carta, IWWA Chair, with regards to Lovie's Farm.
