The Utah State Constitution gives us as Utahns the right to reform our government through citizen initiatives. On July 11, 2024, the Utah Supreme Court upheld that right UNANIMOUSLY.

Every Utahn benefits when we can engage civically–together–to make our government work better for all of us. That's why the framers of Utah's constitution worked so hard to enshrine our right to reform in the Utah Constitution. However, this November, an amendment is on the ballot–in which a few politicians are trying to take that right away.
