Health4All Story Collection Form

At the heart of every campaign are the people we love and care for. #Health4All is no different - with your powerful advocacy and organizing, we have been able to win so much in the last near-decade. With our most recent win this last year ending the exclusion of income-eligible immigrants ages 50+ from Medi-Cal, we are coming back stronger than ever in 2022 to close the remaining gap of those who are excluded from Medi-Cal aged 26-49 solely due to immigration status.

CIPC and Health Access want to lift up the perspectives of people who have been excluded from health care coverage due to immigration status, especially those in the ages 26-49 who have experienced an illness, chronic condition, unaffordable medical bills, or some other impact to their health. If you know of a community member (a parent, aunt, uncle, grandparent, or friend) who has been impacted in this way and would like to tell their story OR if you are willing to share your own story, please fill out the form below!

Alternatively, you can email Nathan Cheung, CIPC's digital organizer, at ncheung@caimmigrant.org to schedule a 1:1 to talk through ways in which you are comfortable sharing your story! We take privacy very seriously and will never share a story without checking in with you. We will honor all requests for anonymity. CIPC may also be able to provide a modest stipend to impacted individuals for opportunities where they choose to share their story.

Let's put faces to this campaign and let everyone know why Medi-Cal exclusions are UNACCEPTABLE! We're going to win this!
