Urge Congress and the Biden Administration to Eliminate Funding for International Crop Eradication

We call on Congress and the Biden administration to end funding for the aerial eradication of psychoactive plants in Colombia and instead use funds to repair the resulting devastating health and environmental consequences caused by this destructive policy.

Aerial crop eradication is a failed drug war policy that does not take into consideration its impact in damaging the natural environment and local economies of Colombian farmers.  In 2014, the World Health Organization found that glyphosate, the chemical used for aerial crop eradication, is responsible for damage to the environment, public health, and local food supplies.

In less than one minute, you can email Congress in support of eliminating funding for international crop eradication and advance policy to mitigate harms.

Take action now: contact your federal representatives and urge them to end the U.S funding of international crop eradication!
