For whom do you work, if not an EveryAction/NGP VAN Client directly?
In the next field, we're asking for the API Key Reference that was provided when you were sent an API Key. This is a 4 character code and tells us specifically what client and committee you're integrating with. While this field is not required, it is incredibly useful for troubleshooting. Do not send your full API Key. If you do send us your full API key, we'll have to deactivate it.
We know clients want to be able to trigger Zaps when actions occur in EveryAction/NGP VAN. When we're ready to release that functionality, what triggers would you like to see? e.g., Email Subscribed, Event RSVPed, Contribution Created, etc. Describe them below.
Zapier Support resources should be your first line of defense when it comes to troubleshooting Zaps themselves. But, if you're seeing inconsistent or buggy behavior, please describe it below. Make sure to tell us what Actions you're using.
