Members of our community can use this form to request translation services for documents, audio, and video content. Please provide detailed information about your request, including the document type, word count, formatting needs, and urgency.

Request Guidelines

• Submit requests at least 14 business days in advance. Urgent requests (less than 72 hours' notice) will have an additional 50% rush fee.
• A staff member will follow up within 1-3 business days to confirm details and provide a cost estimate.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the deadline will incur a minimum one-hour charge to compensate translators for their scheduled time.
• Submitting Your Text for Translations: After submitting this form, you must submit the text you need to translate via email at info@woorijuntos.org. 

Translation Services & Rates

• Standard Document Translation: $0.10 - $0.60 per word (rate depends on language and translator availability).
• Formatted Documents (e.g., certificates, flyers, presentations): $30 - $50 per page.
• Audio/Video Transcription & Translation: $100 - $150 per hour of content.
• Subtitling (transcription, translation, and embedding): $25 - $35 per minute.

Payment & Admin Fees

• Payments go directly to translators, plus a 20% coordination fee to support Woori Juntos' mission.
• A draft invoice will be sent before work begins to confirm pricing and ensure it fits your budget.

By submitting this form, you confirm that you are a member of our organization/community, and the resources you asked for will be used solely for internal purposes by our policies and guidelines. A 20% administrative fee for using the rental equipment and service program would contribute to Woori Juntos. The administrative fees could go, but it is not limited to the following programs:
