The Kato Bike Fall Fest, the first public multi-day cycling event ever held in South-Central Minnesota, will encourage thousands of participants to enjoy our late summer and fall colors amid the serene landscapes and trails of the Minnesota River Valley building upon the historic success of the Mankato River Ramble. In addition to our family friendly rides on Mankato's beautiful paved trails and quiet rural roads, participants will also be introduced to other cycling experiences, including gravel riding, cyclocross, mountain biking, bike polo, and BMX.
- Be part of this Mankato cycling showcase. The KBFF is the largest bike tour in greater Minnesota. It attracts riders from throughout the region, the Twin Cities, greater Minnesota and beyond! It's a showcase for the area's best bicycling routes, best live music and best locally sourced refreshments.
- Your sponsorship makes it affordable for all. Thanks to you we can offer free ride registration for youth up to age 17. Students ages 18-22 pay a greatly reduced rate, and groups of all stripes get a discount.
- Your sponsorship supports local bicycling efforts. More than $100,000 has been invested in building mountain bike trails, improving bike signage, and constructional kiosks. We've helped Key City Bike purchase a space to recycle and restore hundreds of bikes and we're big supporters of Bike and Walk to School Day. In fact, we've donated bikes to all ten Mankato elementary schools!
