The Maryland People's Leadership Institute (MPLI) is a program by Progressive Maryland designed to teach and train candidates and campaign staff who want to run for state and local office in Maryland. Our curriculum is grounded in grassroots movement politics and covers topics such as how to run voter contact programs, raise money, and use effective communication strategies.
