AAP Foundation Silent Auction Item Donation Form

Thank you for supporting the AAP Foundation Silent Auction with an item donation! The AAP Foundation Online Silent Auction has become the centerpiece of the AAP Foundation booth. Each year, periodontists, spouses, and other staff browse the more than 100 items donated by exhibitors, board members, committee members, and partner companies.

The Auction raises around $40,000 for the AAP Foundation, and is an eye-catching display. Full-color photos and descriptions of each item will be on display at our booth, but bidders will participate via their smartphones. They will be able to bid any time, anywhere, and will receive notifications when they've been outbid.

This is a fun, much-anticipated component of the Foundation's presence at the AAP Annual Meeting. Your company will enjoy more visibility among attendees and others, while demonstrating its commitment to periodontal education and research.

Please upload at least one image or logo to 2023 Silent Auction Items.

Bidding will start at 50% of the item's retail value, with pre-set bid increments based on the retail value. Once the auction is over, you will be emailed the name and address of the winning bidder(s). You are asked to promptly ship your item(s) to the winning bidder(s). Your item will be included in our online bidding platform and on our booth wall display, with a full-color image, provided your item descriptions and images are received by August 25, 2023.

If there are any anticipated problems with shipping your item outside of the US (in case of an international winner), please let us know.
