The Beyond the Bell Coalition is calling for the City of Milwaukee to invest a minimum of $30 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds to help meet the needs of young people in Milwaukee. Over 40% of our City's population is 24 years old or younger, and they have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and systemic underinvestment.
