Thank you for joining the Host Committee for HANA Center's 2025 MODU Gala. We greatly appreciate your partnership and support!

As a Host Committee member, we ask that you commit to raising $700 or more in support of our gala in various ways. Completing this form will allow us to follow up with you, share gala outreach tips and resources, and properly acknowledge you in our gala materials.
