Last year UPMC made record profits, raking in $23.1 billion, yet the hidden healthcare heroes who keep our hospitals running every day are struggling to make ends meet. UPMC workers have spent day and night seeing the community through the pandemic, only to drive by signs advertising jobs at Amazon, McDonald's, or the coffee shop offering better wages than they're making to take care of our loved ones.

Now, like workers all over the country, UPMC's hidden heroes are standing up and fighting back.
