• Advocating for animals in the Statehouse on important animal welfare bills on topics like trapping, coyote and bear hounding, domestic animal cruelty, and many others.
• Educating Vermonters all across the state on pressing animal welfare issues.
• Attending and participating in critical state agency meetings.
• Submitting written and verbal testimony on animal issues to the legislature, Fish and Wildlife Department, and Fish and Wildlife Board.
• Publishing animal-friendly commentaries in Vermont news outlets like VTDigger, The Brattleboro Reformer, and The Times Argus.
• Working with Vermont's Congressional delegation to support federal animal welfare legislation.
