Women of Color Leadership Development Cohort - Sector

Women of Color Leadership Cohort is a 12-week cohort experience curated specifically by and for self-identifying women of color (WoC), with learning spaces designed to amplify the unique leadership abilities within women of color while building connections and continued growth. This cohort experience focuses heavily on heart work—an intentional focus on personal development of women of color mentally and emotionally—addressing participants' holistic needs to step into authentic liberated leadership.

Dates: July 22, 2025 – September 11, 2025

Virtual Sessions:
July 31 - September 4, 2025
Thursdays, 6:00 - 8:00 pm ET

In-person Closing:
September 9 - 11, 2025

Fees: Sliding scale $350–$7,000*

*This training is offered on a sliding scale. The highest end of the scale represents the true cost of the program per participant and we ask that our highest-resourced organizations/institutions pay for their affiliated registrants at this level which will help lower the barriers to entry for others coming from smaller grassroots organizations.
