They must not know what it's like to not be able to go to the doctor. 

Last winter, the NC General Assembly finally passed Medicaid Expansion to great fanfare. But now they have failed to implement their own law. 

What are they waiting on? Phil Berger and Tim Moore attached the expansion of Medicaid to the state budget and they haven't managed to pass that-- meaning over 600,000 North Carolinians are still waiting to get the health care they fought so hard for. The NCGA is passing all sorts of other things, so why can't they implement the law they already passed? Our only guess is that they just must not know what it's like to live without health care.
