We're running up against the clock to get SB90 passed in the Nevada Assembly – and we need your help. This critical legislation would designate the wild mustang as Nevada's state horse.
Thanks to the actions that you have already taken, SB90 cleared through the Senate Committee on Natural Resources, as well as the full Senate, and is currently with the Assembly Committee on Government Affairs. If it passes through the committee, we will soon face our final hurdle in the full Assembly.
Nevada isn't Nevada without its wild horses. These animals are an important part of our state's history, culture and tourism, and should be recognized as such. But friend, the opposition, which is made up of ranchers, hunters and wildlife trappers, are fighting tooth and nail to make sure this bill doesn't pass – and they've been gaining steam.
Please take action right now to urge the committee and Assemblymembers to pass SB90!
