Hold the McAllen Chamber of Commerce Accountable!
Since 2023, McAllen creatives have been displaced from the McAllen Creative Incubator, which 'sold out' to Zoho, a software company that rented out a large part of the building.
The McAllen Creative Incubator's mission states, “The McAllen Creative Incubator (MCA2) strengthens our creative sector, including arts, culture and for-profit creative businesses, by engaging the art, business, and creative communities, providing capacity-building services, and serving as a thought leader and a convener.” However, the Incubator continues to serve entities that have nothing to do with the creative community.
By signing this petition, you will help raise awareness and request a public town hall from the McAllen Chamber of Commerce. The town hall will be a chance for McAllen Creative Incubator's past and current tenants and community members to demand answers and share their thoughts directly with the Chamber about the future of the McAllen Creative Incubator.
