While the International Criminal Court (ICC) and International Court of Justice (ICJ) move forward in investigating and holding Israel to account for its ongoing crimes against humanity in Gaza, President Biden has been covering up the reality on the ground. He's actively arming Israel with more and more weapons, while refusing to use any of his power to put a stop to the forced starvation and murder of Palestinian people with U.S.-taxpayer-funded bombs.

Meanwhile, House Speaker Mike Johnson is inviting Netanyahu—the architect of Israel's atrocities—to Congress. 

This invitation comes in the wake of news that the ICC is seeking an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, marking the beginning of the end of 76+ years of Israeli impunity.

We, the U.S. voters signed below, call upon our elected officials, including President Biden and all members of Congress, to comply with the ICC arrest warrants to hold Israel accountable. Stand for a free Palestine. Put an end to this bloodshed.

We demand: 

• A PERMANENT CEASEFIRE NOW
• Immediate sanctions to pressure Israel to end the genocide, including halting all U.S. weapons and military funding to Israel
• Compliance with ICC arrest warrants for Israeli war criminals, including delivering the warrants, and refraining from interfering with the legal process or sanctioning the ICC
• Restoring funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) that provides life-saving aid to Palestinian refugees; and work to end the obstruction of aid delivery
