The Coalition Against Period Poverty (CAPP) is a statewide, student-led coalition dedicated to ending period poverty and stigma for Florida students through advocacy.

CAPP is comprised of organizations and individuals across the state who are ready to fight for Period Parity at the local and state level. We were successful in passing the Learning with Dignity Act during the 2023 Legislative Session! We are now working at the local level to encourage school districts to implement no cost period product dispensers in campus restrooms.
