Help defend and expand tenant rights!
Tacoma voters passed the strongest tenant protections in the state, but the Landlord Fairness Code is under threat. The City of Tacoma is not enforcing the law, allowing landlords to routinely violate tenants' rights. Meanwhile, there are legal and political threats to overturn tenant protections. In response, Tacoma for All is launching a legal aid program to assist tenants whose rights are violeted. We are organizing tenants and community allies to defend existing tenant rights even as we prepare future campaigns to expand affordable housing.
