Incarcerated individuals at the Centre County Correctional Facility (CCCF) currently do not have access to outdoor recreational time.
Providing an outlet for physical activity and fresh air can greatly contribute to the overall rehabilitation and well-being of returning citizens during their incarceration.

By offering people incarcerated at CCCF the opportunity to engage in outdoor recreation, we would be taking a proactive step towards addressing the prevalent mental health issues within the correctional facility and shifting the goal of incarceration from punishment to rehabilitation.
