Take Action to Protect Collective Bargaining from Richmond Politicians

In 2020, county employees like you and me worked hard to repeal Virginia's 44 year ban on collective bargaining for county employees. Then, in 2021, we worked hard to get the county to pass a meaningful collective bargaining ordinance so that we could negotiate for better jobs and services. Now, before we can even get to the bargaining table, some politicians in Richmond are trying to repeal our collective bargaining rights again. They don't want workers like you and me to have the power to negotiate for a better future.

Take action right now! Fill out this form (it takes less than one minute) to email your state Senator and ask them to vote NO on bills that would take away or weaken our rights to bargain for good jobs and quality services!
