Hello campers and family!

Thank you for signing up for Change Your World Camp 2025! Below are the details you need to know to sign up your camper for this year's camp:

What is Change Your World Camp? This camp is for youth to learn about how politics, legislation, and activism impact the world around us! Olympia is the heart of our government in Washington State and being able to see how our system works can be awe inspiring and eye opening. Change Your World Camp is a great place for youth who are interested in leadership, activism, and want to make a difference in our world!

WHEN?

August 4th, 2025 - August 7th, 2025. We open our doors at 9:30 until 10:00 am for drop off every day and pick up is at 3:00 - 3:15 pm. Punctuality is important as we have specific time frames for events and guests. If your camper cannot attend camp that day, please let us know before 9:30 am day of.

WHO?

All YWCA of Olympia Youth Summer Camps are available for youth aged 13 - 16 years old of any gender, sexuality, race, religion, or socioeconomic status. (Are you 17-19? You can sign up to be an assistant counselor {here}!)

WHERE?

Most days we will be starting camp at Friendship Hall, located to the left of our main building on 220 Union Ave SE Olympia, WA 98501. If we are starting the day at another location (such as the Capitol), parents/caregivers will be notified at the beginning of camp as well as within our first day handout packet.

COST?

None! All our camps are free to youth who wish to attend! We believe all youth should be able to go to camp regardless of whether they can afford to or not. However, the cost to run our camps every year is quite expensive. If you are able, we would greatly appreciate your donation to help sustain the cost of camp and keep our camps free for all youth! There is a box available below your ticket registration to donate.

Where does your donation go?

$50 helps feed a camper, keeping them fueled and ready to learn!

$100 allows us to purchase basic supplies for a camper for the week!

$250 covers all costs for a camper for a full day of camp!
