The Commonwealth Beacon released a new poll showing that 72% of Bay Staters support providers in Massachusetts offering abortion care to patients who travel from out of state. This polling serves as a public mandate for Massachusetts to go even further in expanding access to abortion and protecting patients traveling to our state for care.

However, we know that we cannot fully protect patients without also protecting their digital footprint. That's why we're partnering with the ACLU of Massachusetts to advocate for the Location Shield Act, legislation that would ban the sale of cell phone location data and help protect the digital privacy of patients traveling to Massachusetts for care.
