Ban the use of snowmobiles and other motorized vehicles to strike animals!

Cody Roberts sickened every person of conscience when he intentionally ran over an adolescent female wolf in Wyoming. He paraded the grievously wounded animal in front of bar patrons, compounding the callousness.

We now know his act of sadism was not unique to him. There is a subculture of people who commit these revolting acts of cruelty. The practice is called “whacking.”

Running over wolves and coyotes with the intention to maim or kill them should be a federal crime. That's why we're championing the Snowmobiles Aren't Weapons Act, led by Reps. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., and Don Davis, D-N.C.

We must demand that Congress take action in response to this savagery.

Complete these fields and we'll generate a letter on your behalf to your representative, asking that the lawmaker cosponsor the SAW Act. I do hope you'll forward this alert to friends so that you can help rally others to do the same.
