Tell drugstore chains to pay their workers hazard pay. These employees have been on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic since the beginning as essential workers. From the dispensing medicine in the pharmacy to patients, to helping find the remedies and comforts they need, drugstore workers have risked their own health to protect our community's. In the coming days drugstore workers will be dispensing vaccines to help end this pandemic and bring us back together as neighbors, coworkers, and families. We are calling on these companies, many of them large national chains, to recognize the sacrifice and risk that these workers endure every day and pay them for it.
