State Representative Ginny Ehrhart will formally introduce HB 1060, a bill that will make it a felony to provide comprehensive and supportive care to transgender and gender non-conforming (GNC) young people.

We all know that appropriate healthcare is not Rep. Erhart's focus, she would prefer that her hate-filled biases be imposed on all of Georgia's children. Stand up to hate right now, and send your State Representative a message: Stay out of the medical care of trans and GNC young people, and focus on defending vulnerable LGBTQ kids in Georgia's foster care system from verbal and physical abuse or passing legislation that would ban doctors and medical providers from denying transgender Georgians care.
