One Pennsylvania works like a union: everyone pitches in to support the work of building community power and winning change. Becoming a member means making a commitment to join together, build multi-racial ground-up organizing, and stand on the side of justice. Our communities suffer myriad issues - skyrocketing housing costs, bad air and water, low wages, discrimination, disenfranchisement - and they are all rooted in the same thing - not having a say in the decisions that affect our lives. We build our voice and build our power through membership, by building an organization that belongs to all of us and brings us together in action.
Like a union we ask everyone to pitch in based on what they make - 1% of income. Here's our five recomended income quintilles.
