---

Rise is a student-led nonprofit fighting for free college and to end college student hunger and homelessness. To accomplish our mission, we need college students to become the most powerful groups of voters in the country.

College students face unique challenges in getting to the ballot box: from juggling multiple jobs to afford college to updating their registration through frequent address changes. Even making the trip from campus to far off polling places can be an insurmountable hurdle for students. That's why Run With It will identify students' best and brightest ideas for overcoming such obstacles to voting, awarding $1,500 grants along with technical assistance to help realize students' vision. Students will implement their Run With It programs during the 2020 primary elections, so that Rise can identify and support impactful approaches ahead of the 2020 general election.

Run With It applications are due by October 24th, 2019 at 11:59 PM PT. However, if you submit your application before 11:59 PM PT on Monday, October 7th, your application will be awarded 3 additional "Early Preference" points.
