They told the Supreme Court that Biden's win was illegitimate. So that must mean they think their win was illegitimate, too.

In an unprecedented act of betraying the Constitution, the Texas GOP filed an amicus brief trying to overturn the election results… but only in states that Trump lost. What's more, 126 Republicans signed a legal document disqualifying your vote and sending it to the Supreme Court. They are trying to invalidate the same elections they won!

Well, we're going to take them at their word.  If that election didn't count then their own election didn't count.

The 14th Amendment clearly states that “no person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress” if they “have engaged in insurrection or rebellion.” The GOP lawsuit is an attempt to destroy our democracy and erode faith in the voting process, and we should treat it as nothing less.
