USD must respect the election process and bargain expeditiously and in good faith once the NTT faculty vote to form a union.

As a student at the University of San Diego (USD), I stand with Non-Tenure Track (NTT) Faculty members in their effort to form a union with SEIU Local 721. 

We support the efforts of our NTT instructors to form a union and demand that the university:

• Stop all union-busting tactics, including sending misleading emails and texts to faculty;
• Respect NTT Faculty's rights and refrain from interference or retaliation for their protected labor activity;
• Bargain expeditiously and in good faith once the NTT Faculty vote to form a union.

We call on USD to live up to its Catholic and social justice values as our NTT instructor exercise their right to form a union.
