• support the creation of a permanent Climate Change Commission;
• support the creation of a Resiliency Specialist with the direction of the Climate Change Commission, stakeholders, and government departments to direct its response on climate solutions and mitigation efforts;
• ensure the city is making daily progress toward climate resiliency goals.
