Urge Your Lawmaker to Hold Polluters Accountable

Corporate polluters should be held responsible for footing the bill for cleanup of contamination they caused, not taxpayers.

Senate Bills 605-611 and House Bills 5241-5247 will increase transparency for contaminated site cleanup and put in place accountability measures so corporations that pollute our land and water are responsible for paying to clean it up, not taxpayers.

With threats to our water, like PFAS contamination, we need stronger accountability over parties responsible for contaminating our water.

Send a message to your lawmakers today urging them to support legislation that would hold corporate polluters accountable for cleaning up and paying for their own messes.
