The Supreme Court has overturned Roe V. Wade without regard for the dignity, health, safety, or lives of pregnant people. This ruling has an immediate and devastating impact, particularly among those most at risk: Black people, people of color, people surviving economic insecurity, trans people, immigrants, youth, and people with disabilities.  

In 2019, the Missouri state legislature passed a "trigger law" that automatically enacted a complete ban on abortion when Roe V. Wade was overturned.
